Work (where I get a pretty good cardio/arms workout anyway!)
Work at office
30min. on the treadmill
For now, that's the plan. I'm gonna see what that does for me at least 5 times a week for two weeks. Then I'm gonna see if that progress works for me, if I like the results, etc.
If not, I'm gonna find a SAFE booster (after more research, don't wanna die).
So here is where you will be able to read the incredibly interesting details of my workout. Things like:
"This is dumb. I hate Kim Kardashian and can't concentrate while she's droning away about how her abs hurt. Your abs are perfect, why on fucking earth would they hurt? Try hauling what I have up and down off the floor for a bit, whore."
Or maybe something more positive. Ask me after my coffee.
