Right quick here, I'm doing Slim Fast. It's hard not to eat the things I want to and instead have a shake (which I think are delicious), but it does make me focus on how much I want to just eat for the hell of it, which is quite often during the day, as it turns out....
And it also makes me suuuuuper look forward to dinner. I want to eat everything in sight, but I make sure that it's as healthy as possible.
The problem here is that I never go to the store, so there's that.
I'm watching Conan as I type this, so it's turning into nothing. I'll try again later. Maybe after I've noticed some results?
